What's provided with a basic yacht charter package?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and soft beverages as standard comforts. Service-specific amenities differ — for instance, sunset tours offer upscale snacks and premium drinks, whereas business charters feature meeting amenities and tailored catering.
How much time should I allow when booking?
To secure your preferred date, you should book at least 2–3 weeks ahead, with the high season being May to September. For corporate gatherings and private functions, reserving 4–6 weeks prior gives you more choices and time for personalizing your event.
What occurs if the weather is unfavorable?
Your safety is our utmost concern. In the case of weather deemed unsafe by our captain, we will suggest rescheduling to another suitable date or issue a full repayment. We keep a close watch on meteorological conditions and will inform you 24 hours before your scheduled departure if there's any uncertainty.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and non-alcoholic drinks?
Certainly, guests may bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks aboard. We also provide excellent catering services with the option to tailor menus based on your taste. Please note, for safety reasons, bringing glassware is not allowed on the yacht.
Do you accommodate guests with mobility challenges?
We're committed to serving all guests. Some of our yachts are more equipped for accessibility than others. We urge you to get in touch with us to talk over individual requirements, and we'll recommend the best-fitted yacht and arrange any needed special provisions.
What's the policy for cancellations?
For cancellations done 72 hours or more in advance of departure, we provide a full refund. Those cancelled between 24–72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellations that occur within 24 hours are non-refundable, except in cases of unsuitable weather or mechanical difficulties from our end.
